Do I need to use a carrier oil with an essential oil or can i just choose one or the other?

Aside from carrier oils having their own beneficial properties, carrier oils are designed to help absorb essential oils. Using either one separately is fine in most cases. 

How long can I keep my products?

All hair products have a shelf life of no more than 1 1/2 - 2 1/2  months unless otherwise noted.


Avoid added moisture in product  to keep shelf life for duration listed above. 

How long before I receive my products?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. 

Can I create my own products with the different oils or do they come in a set order?

Rooted in Nature was created to help endure all of life's curve balls. Part of that is catering your hair and skin products to your specific needs.

Is there a store that I can go to buy products?

Unfortunately as this time, Rooted in Nature is only available through our online store. 


There will be pop up shops in local areas to give consumers an opportunity to shop and sample select products. 

What is Rooted in Nature's return policy?

Rooted in Nature has a NO return policy on chapsticks and inhalers.

All other products may be returned within 7 days of arrival of delivery for refund totaling 1/2 of product price. 

How is shipping calculated for my order?

All orders have a flat rate for shipping on each order despite the weight or how many items are ordered. 


All orders $30 or more will have free shipping. 

Could I be allergic to any of these products?

Allergic reactions could be possible with any of the products that Rooted in Nature offers.


Rooted in Nature will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.  Rooted in Nature encourages users to test any products purchased on a small test area.
